Hello and welcome to Airspeed Wireless Networks!  We are a Cisco Select Partner and authorized Meraki reseller.  Our offices are located in Colorado Springs, CO.  We look forward to working with you to ensure you are 100% satisfied and that your entire networking needs are met. We accept orders through our website 24 hours a day, 7 days per week.  Our team is available to assist you with your order Monday - Friday 8AM - 6PM MST (GMT -7), except for US holidays. Our office observes the following holidays:

- New Year’s Day January 1
- Memorial Day Last Monday in May
- Independence Day July 4
- Labor Day First Monday in September
- Thanksgiving Fourth Thursday in November
- Christmas Eve Day December 24
- Christmas December 25
- New Year’s Eve December 31

International Orders

If you have an international order (anywhere outside of the US, including Puerto Rico) you are encouraged to Request a Quote prior to submitting your order so that we can accurately determine your total order cost to include shipping. There is an additional 3% price increase for Latin America customers (including Puerto Rico) due to our cost from the distributor.

If you place an international order prior to receiving a quote, we reserve the right to invoice you for the difference prior to shipping your order or refund your order in full - whichever you prefer.

Order Number

Once you place an order and it is accepted, you will receive a confirmation email from to the email address listed on the account. The confirmation e-mail contains your order number, so look for this email and retain your order number for your records. If you have not received order confirmation within 10 minutes of placing the order, please check your spam folder.

Although we make every effort to ensure the accuracy and competitive nature of our pricing, Airspeed Wireless Networks reserves the right to cancel any orders based on erroneously priced items or quotes.

Canceling or Modifying an Order:

Once your order has been accepted and submitted for fulfillment there are very limited, if any, modifications that we can make to your order. Please contact as soon as possible if you require some adjustment. You may be responsible for any applicable adjustment, handling and/or shipping fees if applicable.

Viewing Orders

You may view your order at any time by signing into your account.  If you did not sign up for an account when you placed your order you can still view your order as a Guest by logging into  This link is also available on the footer of all of our webpages.

Order Status

Once your order ships you will receive an email notification from to the email provided at the time you placed your order, with the tracking information and license key (if applicable) for the shipment. You may want to double check in your Spam email folder in case you do not receive this email within 48 hours of the time you placed the order.  You can also view your tracking information by signing into your account.  We will post the tracking information to your account once we receive it.

Updating Account Information

When you register and provide valid credit card information, an Airspeed Wireless Networks account will be created with an associated account number. You are responsible for maintaining up-to-date and accurate information (including without limitation legal name, valid billing address, telephone number, credit card information) with respect to your registration and Airspeed Wireless Networks account. You are responsible for maintaining the secrecy of any passwords used in connection with Your Airspeed Wireless Networks account and for all activities that occur under your Airspeed Wireless Networks account. Any activity that occurs under your Airspeed Wireless Networks account will be deemed to have been authorized by you.

Tax Information

In accordance with applicable law, Airspeed Wireless Networks collects sales tax in regions where Airspeed Wireless Networks has a presence (i.e., Colorado, USA). In addition, we are required to collect taxes from California, Massachusetts, and Tennessee residents due to our distributor having a presence in those states.  Sales tax will be applied to the total amount of the order (excluding shipping) and is based on the shipment's destination state and local sales tax rates.

Placing a Sales Tax-Exempt Order for Delivery in the United States

Qualified groups and individuals may place a sales tax-exempt order.  Please e-mail a copy of your state- or federal government-issued certificate to or call us at 1 719.309.1499.

Payment, Pricing & Promotions

We accept Amex, Visa, MasterCard, Discover, PayPal, and QuickBooks Merchant Center as forms of credit card payment. You can place your order on-line or call us for assistance.  We can provide "special pricing" for bulk orders totaling more than $5000 list price pending approval from Meraki.  Bulk discount orders can take up to 24 - 48 hours to complete.  Please contact us for details. Product availability and pricing are subject to change at any time.  You may pay using the following forms of payment:

- Purchase Order (must receive prior authorization)
- Wire transfer funds to Airspeed Wireless Networks, LLC bank account
- NET30 terms (with approved credit and an agreement in place; incurs a 2% fee)

Shipping & Delivery

We provide Free Ground Shipping on all orders over $250 within the contiguous U.S.  The option for free shipping will appear in your shopping cart when checking out if your order is $250 or more.  Alaska and Hawaii customers must select one of the air shipping options at checkout.  All orders for the U.S. are shipped directly from the Meraki warehouse located in Ontario, CA.  All international orders are shipped from our Colorado Springs, CO location and will incur a small handling fee.

Shipping Times

Orders usually ship in 1 - 2 business days.  Orders for same day shipping (e.g., overnight and 2Day shipping) must be received by 10:45 AM EST.  This will allow us to meet the 11:00 AM EST cutoff time established by Meraki for same day shipments.  Delays may occur if there are special shipping requests, missing information, inclement weather, holidays, etc.  Once your order has been processed by Meraki we will email you the tracking information and license key (if applicable).  License keys are not downloadable products and must be processed and issued by Meraki.

P.O. Boxes

Airspeed Wireless Networks cannot ship to a P.O. Box. Customers that place an order with a P.O. Box delivery address will be contacted for an alternative address.

Privacy & Security

Your privacy and security are our top priority. We use PayPal for all of our credit card transactions.  You have the option of checking out using your PayPal account (in which case you'll be directed to the PayPal website for payment) or you can enter your credit card information directly from our website.  Your credit card information is collected for payment processing purposes only and is not stored on our site.  All of your information is protected by SSL, with an encryption key length of 168 bits - the highest level of encryption commercially available.  If you prefer, you can place an order with us over the phone by calling 1 719.426.2866.  We will never share any of your private information with 3rd parties.

Warranty Returns

If you are experiencing hardware issues, please contact Meraki support directly at by logging in to the dashboard (Help > Cases > New Case) or by calling them at (415) 432-1203.

If you require advance replacement, please call Meraki technical support at (415) 432-1203. Advance replacement orders will ship within 1 business day.

Meraki stands behind its products. Hardware products come with either a one year or lifetime warranty, as specified on the relevant Meraki data sheet.

To request a return materials authorization (RMA), please complete the RMA request form located here If your RMA request is approved, Meraki will email you an RMA number and a return shipping label free of charge. Meraki will ship replacement units within five business days of receiving your defective units.

Refund Requests

Please note that there will be a 10% restocking fee for refunds on purchases.

If you are dissatisfied with your Meraki purchase for any reason, you may return your order for a refund. All returns must meet the following criteria:

- You purchased the product through an authorized Meraki reseller or direct from  Meraki
- You are the original purchaser of the product
- You submit your refund request within 30 days of purchase
- The product is in new condition, including all accessories in the original packaging

If your refund request is approved, Meraki will email you an RMA number. In order for the refund to be accepted and processed, Meraki must receive the hardware you are returning no later than 30 days following the date the RMA number is issued. Once Meraki has received and inspected the units, they will process your return. If you purchased through a Meraki reseller (i.e., Airspeed Wireless Networks, LLC), your refund will be issued by that reseller.

Please contact Meraki directly for all returns, including product purchased through distributors or resellers.

Shipment Preparation

- Please return units in their entirety. That is, include all power supplies, antennas, and other components along with the original product box.
- Please use the original shipping carton and packaging material. If this is not possible, use another shipping carton with padding to protect the units from damage during shipping. DO NOT ship a product without a carton.
- The customer will be charged for product that is damaged due to insufficient packaging.
- Once you have received your RMA number from Meraki via email, write this RMA number in large letters on the exterior of the shipping carton. Shipments to Meraki without an RMA approval will not be processed.
- If Meraki approves your RMA request, you will receive a confirmation email containing an RMA number within two business days. The address to which the product should be sent will also be included in that email.
- Meraki will pay for warranty replacement return shipments and free trial return shipments from the US and Canada. For all other returns it is your responsibility to pay for return shipping back to Meraki using the carrier of your choice.  Meraki recommends that the return      package has a tracking number and is insured for the proper value of its contents.  Meraki is not responsible for packages lost by carriers.
