Question:  Are you authorized to sell Cisco and Meraki products?

Answer:  Yes!  We are a Cisco Select Partner and authorized Meraki reseller.  We can provide quotes for both Cisco and Meraki products.  We would be happy to share our credentials with you upon request.

Question:  Where do you ship to?

Answer:  We ship both in the U.S. and internationally.  We ask that all international customers contact us prior to ordering so that we may accurately estimate your total charges including shipping costs.  International customers are responsible for paying any import taxes and fees.

Question:  When will my order ship?

Answer:  Most orders ship from Meraki within 1 to 2 business days of placing your order.  Orders are first sent to the Distributor for processing and then forwarded to Meraki for fulfillment.  We are unable to make any changes to your order once it is placed with the Distributor.

Question:  Does Meraki provide overnight shipping? 

Answer:  Yes, we must receive your order by 8:45 AM EST in order to place it with the Distributor before 9:00 AM EST.

Question:  Are license orders downloadable?

Answer:  No.  License orders follow the same process as hardware orders.  They are sent to the Distributor first for processing and then to Meraki for fulfillment.  Once we receive your license key, we will update your order and e-mail you the license key.  Turnaround times are 1 – 2 days for license orders.

Question:  What type of warranty do you provide?

Answer:  All Meraki products are covered by their warranty.  Generally, Meraki provides limited lifetime warranty for all indoor equipment (e.g., access points, switches, and security applicances) and a one year warranty for outdoor equipment (e.g, outdoor access points).  You can view their warranty policy here

Answer:  Yes.  We provide the following services:

Question:  Do you provide any bulk discounts?

Answer:  Yes.  We provide bulk discounts for orders over $5000 list price.  Please contact us to see if your order qualifies for bulk discount pricing.
